i-Trax is pre-configured with both PostgresSQL 8.0.1 and MSDE 2000. Other supported databases can be selected at the time of installation but are not included with the product.

i-Trax Documentation Module (Optional)

The Documentation add-on enables i-Trax to attach files, notes and email correspondence to each project. Refer to the Screenshots page for more information.

Technical Support

i-Trax Updates/patches are free for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
Network and other troubleshooting services are available at a rate of $125.00 per hour.
